BlackLuxxHair company started with two best friends with a dream of running a successful business. Sandra and Shannon meet in 2008 and instantly made a connection. Shannon has always had a love for hair. She attended beauty school to become a hairdresser. Sandra also shared that love for fashion, adding her love for business to the team. Now they consider their self the DYNAMITE team for the fashion and hair business.

Sandra Day serves as the President for Purple Ribbon Vacations Group and as the Vice President for A. Beck Foundation for Hope. Previously, she served as the Director for Celebrate Life childcare and Vice-chair for Building great foundations for hope. In Indianapolis, IN  business owner, as well as a wife and mother of three. Sandra has brought her world-class business experience, entrepreneurial talents, and deep community connections to help other like-minded people start there and operate their own businesses within the community.

Sandra's accomplishments at Indiana Weslyn where she received her BA in Business Management and BA in education including the Dean's list. She was also appointed President of the Nurses board for Zion hill missionary Baptist church where I served a 3 years term.

Sandra has a proven record in the private sector as an Owner manager, consultant, and small business owner. She began her career in management at a home health agency when she work for Feleica Stewart, where she managed more than 100 employees in the Healthcare field. Where, she cut costs by more than 7% in a single year by improving efficiency on the production and quality of care, by applying standard operating procedures into their daily operations manual, and instituting quality standards. During her leadership, as office manager.

She later held similar roles for Purple Ribbon Office solutions as a Business consultant, ensuring quality and managing staffing across the company. Sandra then took her business experience and education from Indiana Wesleyan University, where she started her business and credit consultant business and opened her own business, 6 Figured Business Blueprint a full-service consulting agency. With her love and passion for hair and clothing, she wanted to use her passion and her business knowledge to start a hair and fashion company with her long-time friend/Sister Shannon.
